Delivery & duties

How orders travel from our workshop in India to your UK door.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Each piece is made in our workshop in India and sent to you by courier.

Timing

Orders are dispatched within [DISPATCH DAYS] working days and arrive in [DELIVERY DAYS] working days. If we have not agreed a delivery date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Cost

[DELIVERY PRICE]. Free over [FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD]. The delivery charge is always shown in your bag before you pay.

Import duties and VAT

All UK import duties and VAT are included in the price. There is nothing more to pay on arrival.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

Customs checks can occasionally hold a parcel for a few days. If that happens, we will keep you informed.

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered. If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and we will replace it or refund you. If we deliver late, your rights are set out in section 7 of our terms and conditions.
