Returns & refunds

You can cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after your order arrives. You then have another 14 days to send the products back to us.

Please return them unused, in their original condition and packaging where you can. You pay for return postage, unless the products are faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service.

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the items you are returning. We will reply with our UK returns address. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the products back, or of you showing us proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method and include the standard delivery charge you paid.

We may reduce a refund if a product has been handled more than you would need to examine it in a shop.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We will put it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the cost of sending it back. Your legal rights are summarised in section 9 of our terms and conditions.

Personalised pieces and anything made to your specification cannot be returned for a change of mind once we have started making them. If they are faulty or not as described, your legal rights apply in full.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel the contract.
